Spent some time relaxing after getting of work the other day and had some ramen with my sister.  Nowadays, there are a lot of of ramen options in the south Bay Area, which is great.  I finally made it out to Tenma, which specializes in Okinawan style ramen.  I'll definitely be back because it's a cozy spot with friendly service and a good vibe.

This came with my dinner set.  I have no idea if it's an Okinawan thing or just a crazy, awesome invention of the shop owners.  It's a thin slice of pork chashu over stir fried sprouts, topped with melted cheese and green onion.  Melted cheese + pork!  You can't go wrong with that.  It looks kind of suspect, but it was SO DELICIOUS.
